I was scheduled for a brief phone interview. At the scheduled time, no one reached out. I waited, sent a check-in email, and followed up again after the meeting window passed. I never received any response or acknowledgment. The lack of communication made the experience feel disorganized and unprofessional. Candidates put time and effort into preparing, and at minimum, you expect the recruiting team to communicate if plans change. Unfortunately, that didn’t occur in this case.
