I interviewed for captioning assistant. A few minutes after arriving and waiting to get called back I knew this was not a professional place at all. If you are reading this and have held professional, credible positions at any point in your life, do not waste your time at this company. Every single person walking in the door was wearing pajama pants, low hanging shorts, green hair, purple hair, tattoo covered. Just not what I was expecting. The person who interviewed me wasn't even going to shake my hand upon leaving, I had to initiate. So professional. I aced all of my 'tests' that they gave me, yet I was never offered a job. And I am thankful for that! I was desperate but not that desperate. Maybe it's a good place for students or anyone wanting part time work but workplace professionals steer clear!

Pretty standard comprises of a phone interview and an in person orientation. Expected to wear business casual and the hiring manager in the Orlando branch was easy to talk to and professional.
