Entrevista
It was a four step process, very straightforward: recruiter screen, hiring manager meet, then two stakeholder meetings. It took about 3.5 weeks.
Everyone was friendly and excited to speak with me. The recruiter was amazing, (shout out to Sarah!), she was incredibly responsive, supportive, and enthusiastic.
It was really one of the best interview processes I’ve been in. It was incredibly efficient and everyone was very communicative during the process.

Entrevista
I have never written a Glassdoor review before, but I felt that I had to because of the bizarre nature of this experience. I applied online and was asked to schedule a time with a 3rd party recruiter.
At the scheduled time, the recruiter called, and without any introduction, proceeded to tell me that I was not a good fit for the role. The recruiter made sure to tell me in no uncertain terms that I was not qualified for this job and should have never applied. I was never asked any questions about myself and my experience, nor was I given any information about Cape Analytics.
I felt that this role was a good fit for me, but internally, teams may have different reasons for passing over candidates that we may not be aware of; that's part of the interview process. What was confusing to me was that this recruiter took time out of both of our days to schedule a call with me to tell me his overall negative impression of my resume (without any opportunities for clarification) and chastise me for applying. Why not just pass over my application if this was the case? Given my very brief experience, I would guess that the confrontational nature of these initial interactions is one of the reasons they are struggling to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
