Entrevista
I went through a lengthy interview process that included a technical interview of around two hours, covering both my background and technical skills, followed by an additional interview with the client.
After several weeks of waiting, the offer presented was significantly below my stated salary expectations. This was disappointing, especially considering that expectations were discussed earlier in the process.
Overall, the process felt inefficient and lacked transparency. The number of interview stages did not align with the final outcome, resulting in a considerable investment of time without a reasonable offer.
I would recommend improving communication around compensation and better aligning expectations earlier in the hiring process.

Entrevista
Primero me contactaron para una entrevista inicial por Teams, más tipo conocitiva, y después tuve una entrevista técnica para el puesto de Data Scientist. Me preguntaron sobre mi experiencia y expectativas, todo fue correcto. Luego me pidieron realizar dos pruebas técnicas (una de clasificación y otra de regresión, a libre elección).
Preparar las pruebas llevó bastante tiempo — incluían desde el análisis exploratorio hasta el despliegue del modelo — pero las entregué en un par de días. Después de enviarlas, no recibí más noticias. Escribí un par de veces para solicitar feedback o una actualización, pero no obtuve respuesta. Hubiera sido positivo recibir algún comentario o cierre del proceso, especialmente tras el esfuerzo dedicado.

Preguntaron sobre mi experiencia previa y luego me mandaron dos tests: uno de clasificación y otro de regresión (a libre elección). En ambos había que desarrollar todo el proyecto, desde el análisis exploratorio y modelado hasta el despliegue del modelo con API.
