The process was divided in four parts: online test which consisted 99 question to be solved in 110 mins. It was divided in four parts: verbal, quant, C & DS and analytical ability(logical reasoning). 550` ppl sat for this round out of which 225 were selected.
Then we had a critical form filling where you have to fill up a questionnaire with questions based your experience in life,
It was followed by technical interview and GD.
The tech interview is the main thing. I was asked questions on software engineering, C and DS. Also some HR kinda questions. The interviewer was friendly.
This was followed by the GD. The HR didn't even bother to stay in the room as the GD progressed, even though the GD was fabulous. GD is probably just a formality.
Then we had HR interview which seemed to be another formality. He just asked me about future plans, location preferences and family.

3 interviews, 2 technical and 1 hr. Medium leetcode. Hr was good to know about the team and company culture. Did not upfront discuss comp for the role. Project detail was not discussed but team detail was good

La primera fase consistía en una entrevista con Recursos Humanos para ver trabajos previos, expectativas laborales, etc. Una parte en inglés.
La segunda fase fue mas técnica con el jefe de equipo, con bastantes preguntas técnicas y específicas del lenguaje de programación a usar.

The interview was straightforward and easy to navigate. It focused mainly on basic programming concepts and aptitude questions. The interviewer carefully evaluated both syntax accuracy and logical thinking. Overall, it was a fundamental-level assessment designed to test core programming knowledge and problem-solving skills.
