Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 4 semanas. Fui entrevistado pela Capgemini Engineering (New York, NY) em mar. de 2021
Entrevista
First video meeting with hr. Basically you talk about your experience and then they send you a online exercise to evaluate your knowledge. So far so good, but when was to schedule a call with manager, I missed the call because I was busy and I wasn't able to retrieve the call cause the number was anonymous... I tried to get in touch with hr but never get any response... In retrospective its very bad this kind of behavior for the company with such good rating...

Candidatei-me por meio de uma faculdade ou universidade. Fui entrevistado pela Capgemini Engineering (Casablanca, ) em fev. de 2025
Entrevista
The process was professional and well-structured, consisting of three main stages. It began with an initial HR screening to discuss my background and cultural fit. This was followed by a technical interview focusing on Java fundamentals (OOP, Collections, Exceptions) and a short live coding exercise on basic algorithms. The final stage was a managerial interview centered on project experience, situational questions, and career aspirations. Communication from the recruitment team was consistent throughout.
