      1. Telephonic Round (Initial Screening Call) 📞 Purpose: A recruiter or HR representative conducts this call to assess your basic qualifications, experience, and communication skills before moving forward. What to Expect: ✅ Questions about your background, skills, and experience. ✅ Discussion about your current job, notice period, and salary expectations. ✅ Basic questions about the role and company. ✅ Questions to check your availability for the next rounds. Tips to Succeed: 🔹 Keep your answers clear and concise. 🔹 Highlight your key skills and experience relevant to the job. 🔹 Speak confidently and professionally. 2. Screening Round (HR / Recruiter Screening) 🎯 Purpose: A deeper assessment of your resume, experience, and alignment with the company’s culture and expectations. What to Expect: ✅ Questions about your past projects, tools used, and domain knowledge. ✅ Discussion on your team collaboration, challenges faced, and problem-solving skills. ✅ Verification of job history, certifications, and employment gaps (if any). ✅ Basic questions about company policies, benefits, and salary range. Tips to Succeed: 🔹 Be honest about your experience and skills. 🔹 Show enthusiasm about the role and company. 🔹 Ask relevant questions about team structure, expectations, and growth opportunities. 3. Technical Round (Core Skill Assessment) 💻 Purpose: Evaluates your technical expertise, problem-solving ability, and hands-on experience. What to Expect: ✅ Domain-specific questions (e.g., Manual Testing, API Testing, Automation Testing). ✅ Scenario-based problem-solving (e.g., how to handle defect leakage). ✅ Test case writing and execution. ✅ Tools knowledge (Jira, Selenium, Postman, etc.). ✅ Whiteboard/live coding (for automation roles).
