Candidatei-me por meio de uma agência de recrutamento. O processo levou 2 semanas. Fui entrevistado pela Capgemini (Bengaluru) em mai. de 2018
Entrevista
I went through a recruitment agency.
The first round was telephonic by 2 ladies and one of them seemed to have used her mobile phone to conference the other lady and me. Unfortunately she was in a bad network region so the call kept dropping off. They had called me from mumbai office.
They were testing my skills in use cases and what would come in brd. They had really poor English speaking skills( surprising as they are business analysts and this is one of the key skills required). They were quite professional which was the only feel good factor about this round.
The second round occurred after a week. I was told it's face to face however it turned out to be video conference. This round was the worst experience in my entire life. It was supposed to be around 1:30 PM. With Bangalore traffic, I was about to leave my house by 12 pm and I get a call from the recruiter to hold off as the person interviewing me is busy and can interview at 4pm. I mean, seriously, how busy can one be that they communicate this late? My first cringe moment. The interviewer came after good 15- 20 mins late. Didnt introduce herself. I had no clue who I was talking to. She kept looking at her laptop right from the beginning of the interview, had pathetic communication skills and kept grilling me around test cases and use cases( I thnk as half the time I failed to understand her). Seems like thats all she knew. N number of cringe moments there. Seems like she was seeking some specific answer but her poor communication skills killed it all. I couldn't understand her questions half the time.
She was on and off rubbing her face with both the hands like she was frustrated speaking to me and suddenly very abruptly said she is done asking questions. Absolutely unprofessional behaviour in a company like capgemini.
With a 12 years of experience, I started feeling who are these people interviewing me when they themselves had a ton of improvement to be done. Very very bad experience. Would never want to work with such unskilled force. Gladly I didn't get an offer either.

The interview process is usually simple 1 technical round and 2 managerial round. The HRs are good and supportive. The communication is quick from their end and they also value your time and reschedule interviews as per your availability.

Received missed calls but no voicemails or emails. Rang back the number after 3rd attempt to find out it was recruiter. Said can we do a screener interview which I was fine with. He asked me a few questions all of which could have been checkboxes or an email (right to work, etc). None of the questions were about my experience, skills, why I want to leave my current role or why I want this one.
Then said he would email the questions and tell me what to write by reply. Clearly phone confirmation wasn't sufficient then. Obliged this process and he then asked me repeatedly for my current salary. I explained the range o was looking for and he still asked. I initially refused to answer as it isn't relevant and he said I'd be asked and need to share at interview stage. Felt very weird so I said I'll disclose now but asked him to confirm the salary range. Their maximum was the low end of my desired range so I said ok and confirmed my current salary was a few thousand below this. Anyway after this he said he will now pass this to the hiring manager who will be in touch to arrange interview on the next week. I then about a week later got an automated rejection email.
All in all very strange and concerning process. The obsession with my current salary felt unnecessary and invasive. It also made me feel more like a resource and number than a person. I'd have done the interview but honestly this initial call made me question if this was a company I'd want to work for.
2 phase interview followed by HR round. 1 technical other techno functional…question from sql basic to medium difficulty level, scenario based, role based, business analyst role and their integration in the system.
