Entrevista
Two rounds- Both were technical in nature. The process took 2 weeks. The second round was with a Senior Manager. It was quite unprofessional. He joined the meeting about 15 minutes late and would just get started with questions. Did not have the patience to listen to a complete answer. It was more of he speaking (read boasting) in the interview. Post this round, the HR stopped answering my calls. Did not even get a feedback after 10 days. Also, no job description was provided despite multiple requests.

Le processus de recrutement a été particulièrement long. Après chaque entretien, il fallait relancer les RH pour obtenir des nouvelles, parfois en attendant plusieurs semaines avant de passer à l’étape suivante. Après le dernier entretien, je n’ai reçu aucun retour, malgré mes relances. Le manque de communication et la durée excessive du processus donnent une image peu professionnelle. Je ne recommande pas cette expérience candidat.
