Relatively simple and well organised. Followed up with detailed feedback post interview. Quite a long assessment/interview day especially when working a full time job. Perhaps role structure and company overview part of the day could have been summarised much faster.

everyone is very nice. have group exercise activity like typical assessment centres and a one on one interview. also give you lots of info about company. make sure you research lots about company and their projects because they place big emphasis on why you would want to work there.

Entrevista
20 min phone interview with 5 min case Personal fit interview 45 min followed by 45 min case, then followed by 75 min case were you prepare a powerpoint presentation to answer the questions. I think all the people I spoke to were very kind, but their process was inefficient. A lot of time could pass before I heard back, and it seemed like they didn't move fast even with the candidates they want, so I can't imagine the wait for those they rule out.
