The worst interview process ever. For context, I am an MBB manager and have gone through lots of these processes before. The recruitment team is at its worst. Twice, they scheduled the interview and sent me the invite with absolutely no information on what to expect in the interview - is it a case or a behavioural? Despite sending multiple emails for clarity to the recruitment team, there was blanket silence, only to be sent another email schedule for the next round. Totally unprofessional behaviour. I would never work for such a company and I wonder how many more like me experience this. I even raised this point with the interviewers. They apologised for the unprofessionalism shown by the recruitment team. As expected, I was ghosted after that. :)

Recrutement très professionnel, chaque entretien avec sa raison d’être : RH, contenu (pour vérifier le niveau de connaissance et compétence sur le secteur), business case (capacité à construire et articuler un pitch business devant un jury)

Entretient RH + call suivi de deux entretiens avec pair et N+1. Durée globale avant prise de décision 4 mois (cause covid). Réactivité de la prise de rendez-vous mais disponibilité limitée.
