Lengthy interview process. I interviewed with seven different interviewers despite being a returning employee. This seemed like a lot of administration and cost for someone who had more than a decade of experience with the company previously and left on good terms.

Entrevista
I believe it is pretty standard for Capgemini and Capgemini Invent. There was an initial call with the recruiter where we discussed very generic stuff, and following that there was an interview with the hiring manager. If successful with the hiring manager, there is a final stage which is a panel interview.

Interview was done in a short time period of 3 weeks which includes 3 rounds L1, L2 and HR round. L 1 is purely technical round and ask technical questions and L2 is technical plus managerial round
