Application Process:
Applied through campus recruitment, and the entire process took around two days from the initial test to the final feedback.
Interview Stages:
The interview process consisted of four rounds:
Online Test (MCQ & Coding):
The first round included multiple-choice questions covering OOP, SQL, and DBMS, along with a coding question to assess problem-solving skills.
Written Coding Test (Dynamic Programming):
The second round was a written coding test that included two questions focused on dynamic programming, testing the ability to solve algorithmic challenges.
First Technical Round:
The first technical interview involved one coding question of moderate complexity. The focus was entirely on solving this coding problem efficiently and explaining the approach.
Second Technical Round:
The second technical interview covered a broader range of topics, including coding problems along with questions on DBMS, SQL, and Object-Oriented Programming. It was a more in-depth assessment of technical knowledge across various domains.
HR and Technical Round:
The final round was a mix of HR and technical questions, primarily focusing on discussing the project. The interviewer wanted to understand the technical aspects of the project and how contributions were made.

I had applied through employee referral and it was for dot net developer role.
The interview process was pretty much exciting for me.
First round was a telephonic round where the basic questions were asked mostly related to C#, ASP .Net, OOPS, SQL Server and project that I expertised.
Second round was on the next day which was a system testing round where I was asked to improvise the sudoku programming algorithm using any platform that I preferred. It took me 3 hours though. Mostly the interviewer was looking for the backtracking logic and how I approached to do it. In the end questions were asked based on the logic and how I can optimize more.
Third round was based on the project work that I did and how I solved a critical scenario in my project and how it improved the performance of the application.
Last round was an HR round where my extra curricular activities, the good things I learnt from my current organization, two best things that I mastered in and similar questions like these were asked followed by salary negotiations.
Overall it was a very good experience and pretty exciting. The interviewers were very friendly and I liked the work environment.
Candidatei-me de outra forma. O processo levou 2 semanas. Fiz uma entrevista na empresa Capillary Technologies (Bengaluru).

I applied a challenge in hackerearth and I got shortlisted.I had another coding challenge in hackerearth but this time it was not public it was only for invited(short listed) people only.Next 2 rounds were telephonic. And then I got invitation for f2f interview . Capillary tool all my travel expenses including economic class flight tickets.
There was 4 rounds first algorithms&data structure &dbms. 2nd System architectural design 3rd was with engineering manager 4th hr round.
All technical round were above average level and most of technical interviewers (3 out of 4) were having extremely good knowledge in what they are interviewing. The interviewers were friendly so I felt it as a healthy two way discussion .
I was asked to send the payslips and hike letter they offered the compensation I asked without a single negotiation.
