There will be 3 to 4 rounds apptitude, personal interview, hr interview and email writing. The interview process is easy and i was asked regarding grammer, composition and email writing
In Capita there was first aptitude test if we clear that then second around is Managerial round. If all the round is clear then they will discuss about the salary. After that they provide us the offer letter and joining date.
