Interview was professional, detailed, and they asked thoughtful questions. Interview was about 60% personality questions and 40% situational. In the interview they told me that they were looking for someone to be a liaison to local schools in addition to desk duties, organizing programming, teaching technology and facilitating book clubs. This was not stated in the job description/posting. It seemed that they were looking for someone who would do the work of a full time person on a part time schedule and salary.
