Candidatei-me por meio de recrutador(a). O processo levou 5 semanas. Fui entrevistado pela Capital Blue Cross (Harrisburg, PA) em mar. de 2026
Entrevista
I met with the Senior Corporate Recruiter virtually early in the process. She was a pleasure to work with. I moved on to the virtual interview with the Internal Audit Director. I am not sure if he lacked experience with hiring and interviews, but he was very pensive and dry, and just rolled off a question list for roughly an hour without much conversation. I moved on to the third and final round of interviews which lasted over 2 hours in person. It was probably the strangest experience in my long career. The first portion was with the same audit director which proved to be the same experience as the previous virtual interview. He continued to roll down the question list. No smiles, no conversation...just in a room for an interrogation. The Chief Audit Executive came for the second portion of it with the same results. He read down the list also. Maybe it is just the specific team or group that is bad, but it was odd and almost awkward for two hours. For a company that is highly ranked and respected, this was a disappointment and I moved on due to my potential future coworkers.
The interview process was quick and easy. I interviewed in May of 2025 and was hired just over 2 weeks later. My start date would have been 4 weeks from the date of my first interview with the recruiter.

Three rounds of interviews, a recruiter phone screen (30 min), interview with hiring manager (1 hr), interview with two HRBPs (1 hr). The recruiter screen ensured I had the basic qualifications and knowledge, the hiring manager asked more technical questions, and the HRBPs was an interview to ensure I would be a good fit.
