The training for Account Management is typically 1-2 weeks, not months, and depends solely on the learning curve of the specific associate. Our approach to training is hands-on and catered to the individual. We do have Assistant Management/Jr. Partner positions that can be earned after consistent performance in the Account Manager role. We certainly take pride in the aesthetic of our office.
