Very poor experience with the company. Arrived early to be handed a form which requested you to write down your goals and previous experience. I found this odd as I had provided my resume on Linked In and have never had to do so before. The office seemed very frantic and disorganised with employees running around/ dancing and going in and out. Also to my horror I was swarmed by other graduates waiting to interview too (at least 5/6 were sitting waiting). Once it was my time to be interviewed I was brought into a dark, windowless room and met the director who on my email was described as just a manager which I found odd. I was asked roughly 5 questions extremely quickly and then told I would be called to come in the next morning for a half day assessment if successful. After further researching online and discovering the job was commission based only and reading all the other terrible reviews I declined the offer to return. I would advise to do your research and stay clear unless because they seem to mislead you a lot about what the role includes and only discuss the fact you will become a manager. Very odd experience!
