A recruiter contacted me about this position. The interview process started with a phone interview, then progressed to a virtual interview and ended with a face to face interview. Every step was explained to me very well and I felt like Capital guided me well through the entire process. All of my questions and concerns were addressed. I am excited to start work with this company.

Entrevista
First was a Zoom interview w/ recruiter. If you move in then it's two in person interviews on the same day with different hiring managers. Standard STAR format questions. They give you a tour of the campus and offices to give you a sense of the working environment.

There are 2 only been through one on teams it was easy and good they don’t ask you to share your screen and want you to be you. Just be honest and truthful and you will do fine
