Applied directly online had a 2 month interview process. Everything from the screening up to the final rounds were really smooth but just took a long time to schedule in between.

One video screen. One technical screen. 3 final rounds. Focus is on skillset, innovation and team work. Just be smart, personable and competent. Practice your leetcode. 30 words min. I didn’t talk to future teammates but I did talk to IT personnel including a security analyst
