Candidatei-me online. Fiz uma entrevista na empresa Capital Match (Singapura).
Entrevista
Was invited to their office to speak to the CEO and Operations Director. However, I found out that the CEO was not in Singapore and was arranged to meet with both of them individually. While the Operations Director was finishing up his previous meeting, the CEO gave me a call and asked me about my education choice. Felt insulted by the way he questioned me as if I made a wrong choice. When I was asked about what role I was looking for, he cut me off and said he let's not waste time and that he could not take a risk to hire me. All this happened over the phone in less than 5 minutes and I was asked to leave without even speaking to the Operations Director. I literally could have had the phone call at home instead of wasting 1.5hr of my time traveling to the office.
Totally unprofessional, you might be ex-McKinsey but it doesn't justify your attitude.

Entrevista
I was invited to speak with one of the founders at their office because of an e-mail I sent. I was invited to explain to the executive the product that Capital Match sold, and then was given time to complete a Mathematics for Consulting style exam. I completed that exam and spoke more about Capital Match and it's functions and why I would fit in there.

Entrevista
Confused and disorganized. Lack of planning by the staff communicated to me a lack of respect for my time. Management was fine. But I wouldn't want to work with a team like that.

Pergunta 1
The questions were reasonable, however the staff involved in the interview process clearly did not understand the importance of coordinating among themselves or with the interviewee.
