Very painless. Applied online, got an email from a recruiter asking to do a phone screen. Phone screen was quick, just asking about my resume, then got an email later that I was invited for a final round interview. Paid for my train from D.C. to Richmond, put me in a hotel the night before, and spent about 4-5 hours onsite the next day. Did a quick tour, had a casual lunch with a couple engineers, then went to interview. One technical interview, super straightforward OOP design questions, then one nontechnical case interview (mostly just a break-even equation), then a character interview at the end. Got the call and offer on the same day.
