Campus recruiting. 1x on-campus case interview with a member of Strategy group. "Power Day" consisting of on-site case and behavioral interviews w/ Ex-Bain consultants. "Power Day" consisted of 4 interviews. 1x behavioral w/ VP of a different group (handled earnings calls & investor relations/finance). 2x case interviews w/ former Bain & Co. consultants. 1x "written case" interview Behavioral: Overall, the only negative experience of my recruiting process. VP was honestly rather rude & consistently interrupted as I was responding. Made little eye contact and didn't seem to be terribly interested in what I had to say. 2x case interviews were enjoyable. Interviewers seemed to be interested in my thoughts and provided helpful commentary throughout the process. 1x written case: Given 30 min to review 20x PPT slides. Had to formulate PPT-style presentation summarizing key findings. Then presented to (different) case interviewer. Received call 4 business days later from recruiter informing that they would not be extending an offer. Lasted about 20 seconds; Recruiter said they would not be extending offer, then abruptly hung up. Negative end to what had mostly been an enjoyable process.

Case interview with business strategy and accounting concepts. Not too difficult but information is presented in a way that can make it challenging. Definitely practice using different case studies beforehand as first round interview and both second round interviews were the same style.
