Screener called me at around 6 AM. I have to wonder if she bothered to read my resume to see which time zone I was located in and maybe call at a more reasonable time. After some preliminaries, she asked me to describe Active Directory and authentication - obvious she had no clue what this was and was reading from a script. I asked that we resume the call during business hours. We discussed the position later - she told me to revise my resume to make sure Active Directory was featured more prominently in the Skills and Past Employment sections. I sent her the revised resume, followed up several days later with emails and phone calls, but never heard from her again. Basically a complete waste of time with a rude and technically ignorant recruiter who should have stuck to basic HR questions, and left the skills questions to someone who had some idea what they were talking about. Keep away from these bottom feeders!
