Typical questions, even though you're sitting in front of 4 sales managers, it makes the questions seem more intense than they really are. Advice: focus, and remain poised.

Fairly straightforward -- introduced by mutual acquaintance, two phone interviews and one in-person before job offer. Excellent benefits review and contact with references in favor of the company. In-person interview was with direct boss, their boss and a few on-air talent individuals.
