I applied and received a phone call from a recruiter, where he asked me some routine questions. I had an in person interview at the company with someone in HR. First of all, I was left waiting in the lobby for about 10 minutes. Then, I met with the interviewer and it was a fairly standard interview. I met some of the team members. However, I never heard back from them. I reached out to both the recruiter and the interviewer and they did not even have the courtesy to let me know I did not get the job. I found this to be a very unprofessional way to treat job candidates who have taken the time to interview. It’s rude.

I was contacted by a recruiter on LinkedIn. I went in person for an interview with HR. I thought it went ok. I even met the whole team that I would have been working with. However, I never heard anything back after that despite sending a thank you email and following up multiple times. This is very unprofessional on their part.
