The overall interview takes about 2 weeks. I had a phone interview that lasted about 30min, upon receiving the offer to interview in person. In person, the interview is very casual, we talked about previous work experience, past project successes and failures, and what I thought were my strengths and weaknesses. After the in person interview you will wait about a week and receive a an e-mail requesting a follow up interview or notification that you are not being looked at any further.
