They make you take a test. Predictive index. We were asked to take a test with no feedback or explanation of why or was any scores shared. Took forever to hear anything back. They kept saying sorry for being short handed.

Easy interview process. Very comfortable. 4 to 6 week hiring process including background and physical process. Everything was was upfront and straight forward. Told what to expect moving forward in the hiring process and the pay and benefits package was explained clearly and accurately.
