I submitted the application on the website. ~2 weeks later I was contacted by HR saying that I had been selected to participate in the interview process. ~4-5 days later - initial interview Interviewed with 2 MDs. The interview last 30 minutes and was pretty high level (Why Capstone? Why Turnaround Consulting? What my background is... etc). ~7 days later - 2nd round of interviews The following week, I was invited back for 2 hour-long interviews. The first was with a VP and MD the other was with two MDs again. Similar conversations and questions to the initial interview. Some technical questions (13 week cashflow related), but mostly background and fit. I ended up not being chosen to participate in the next steps, which would have been a case study. Overall, the interviewers were nice enough, but I don't think it was a good fit. One thing I noticed is that the FAS group has zero diversity.
