I interviewed for a role at Capstone in London UK and initially had a call with HR with some standard questions. Then I had a interview with a team member which I thought went well, and was more of a chat than an interview and was not even asked that many questions. I was then asked to do an assessment after there was positive feedback from my interview. However, HR said they would get back to me soon with an outcome or next steps after I submitted the assessment, but they never did. I was waiting anxiously for 2 weeks, for an answer where I had even stopped applying for other roles. I decided to email HR. They almost immediately emailed me back saying I had been rejected. I was ghosted by them. They were extremely rude after I had put effort and time into the process and did not even get back to me with an outcome. This is simple professionalism and they could not even do that. I do not recommend people to interview with this company.
