Overall it was quite formal and very thorough. Given a chance to prove my skills over 1 month to be sure this would be a good fit. After completing the 1 month review we reviewed my progress and I started with the company for my first month with pretty decent oversight to make sure it would be appropriate for me to continue in the position. The questions I was asked didn't make me very nervous because I knew my ability to learn and knew the skills I had were sufficient for the position.
