I had a positive experience interviewing with Captify. Initially, I interviewed with the hiring manager over the phone as a screening interview. This was very informal and conversational. A week later I was brought in for an interview with my hiring manager, and also the head of sales. These interviews were more thorough and challenging. Roughly a week after that, I had a final interview with the office president, which was similarly thorough and challenging, though relatively brief.
