Standard interview process, a lot of questions followed the STAR method. They look for people who can be dependable and punctual, who embrace a growth mindset and are comfortable with change.

I took a typing test and a couple speech tests on Dragon. 30 wpm for typing, 88% for speech test are passing. I passed on my first try but another applicant didn't. He was able to retake all tests but still didn't pass. I was being nosy when I overheard the test administrator say he could take it again after more practice. Lots of chances at this company.
