I was taken in to do a typing speed test and then did a test run with their captioning program. After passing both, I was confirmed to have an over the phone interview which was around 3-4 questions and I got hired right after getting off the line via email.

The interview was super simple. You go in, take a typing test and then do a verbatim practice on the computer. (I was given two tries, but I only needed one to get past the passing score.)
After completing the two tasks above, I was given a interview time. The interview was over the phone and was overall very easy. I was only asked two questions and then I was hired.

How do you deal with stressful situations?
What would you do if you did not agree with a certain rule or policy the company has?
You go in and first take a typing test from Typingtest.com. Then you do a test of your ability to dictate. You have multiple tries for each one if you don't get the required score at first. Less of an interview and more of making sure you could do the job. Was not asked any personal questions or anything about my resume.
