Candidatei-me por meio de recrutador(a). O processo levou 3 semanas. Fui entrevistado pela Car Rental Gateway (Tartu) em jan. de 2024
Entrevista
Interviewer forgot the interview and I had to make calls to get information. Interview itself was ok, mostly very soft questions and not very technical. I also got an office tour. Office is overall nice, but it was mostly open and there was a lot of noise.

It started with an outline of the work process, what tasks a customer support specialist would get etc. At one point the interview transitioned from Estonian to English to test the interviewee's skill at English.

One of the worst candidate experiences of my life. Broken recruitment process.
I applied for the role and had to wait over two weeks before they responded and nearly three weeks before we had our first meeting. Then after the initial meeting, another two weeks to receive another meeting invitation to meet with the CEO.
Then I received homework and had 48 hours to finish it, which I did in less than 48 hours. Then days started passing - 5 days, 12 days and I still didn't hear anything back from them. When I once asked what was up and why the delay, I was told that the CEO was away and they hadn't made the decision yet. Another week passed and after numerous, but unsuccessful attempts to get in touch with the HR, I almost gave up.
Then a few days later, HR finally got back to me, only to tell me that they still hadn't taken a look at my homework, but promised that they would do it within the next 24 hours.
48 hours later, I once again contacted them to see if they had something to share, but no one picked up the phone.
24 hours later, I was told that I would receive the answer ASAP.
48 hours later I told them that I'll take back my application because the way they treat their candidates is unacceptable and unprofessional.
This is not how you recruit people. This is not how you build your employer brand. This is a catastrophic way of dealing with your candidates.
