Entrevista
It takes 2 weeks including standard HR + Phone + Onsite. Recruiter team is very helpful and professional. Quick followup call with feedback and oral offer. They are transparent and straightforward that does no need get into compensation negotiation. Formal offer letter comes in the following day.

Design system feature based on requirements. DS and Algorithm questions that related to real world problem. I would say the onsite is relatively difficult which requires development experience and coding skills. Not just algorithm questions like some of tech companies.
It was fun and they treated me well. Asked questions about my experience and talked in general about more things as well as the product I would be working on.

The company recruiter contacted me on LinkedIn with a job opportunity. We scheduled an initial interview. He did not call at the appointed time, nor did he offer any explanation.
This lack of professionalism reflects badly on the company.
I wonder what else they are saving on besides cheap recruiters...
After an on-site interview, they told me they wanted to hire me but didn’t have a job just yet... and strung me along for 3 months before ghosting me after the recruiter (their recruiter) I was working with left the company.
