Entrevista
After applying it said it would be 1-2 weeks to hear something back. That ended up being 4 weeks before I was contacted to interview. They had scheduling issues so I offered to call out of my current job to make the interview happen in a timely manner.
When I finally interviewed it was very scripted and cold. I would think there was a bit more emphasis on candidate personality considering this is a sales role. During the interview, which consisted of generic questions one of the interviewers was completely and obviously distracted checking emails or something of the sort. At the end I asked what to expect as far as hearing back, they told me “a couple business days.”
When I reached out after 12 days, I was met with a snarky email from the recruiter saying he didn’t bother to contact me because I hadn’t followed up. I had no way of knowing the recruiter who I had had one phone call with the someone I should be following up with. Especially after asking hiring managers what expectations were for hearing back/follow up.
The entire process was disorganized and insulting.

The recruiter was responsive and efficient in communicating what the interview process would entail. They provided feedback within 24 hours of the interview and helped set expectations as to what to prepare for the next round. Although I did not end up taking the job, it was a very positive experience and I would recommend others to look at CarGurus.

Entrevista
Very efficient process. Initial call with a recruiter, followed by three back to back meetings with team leads and managers lasting about 45 minutes each. If that goes well, you meet with another manager and a VP. Recruiter reaches out with decision soon after.
