The hiring process consisted of a phone screen interview and then and invite to an in-person interview. I spoke to the sales manager and he was also one of three people who interviewed me in person. I was hired on the spot after about one hour of conversations with sales, operations, and general manager.

The interview process was pretty simple compared to many companies. After the initial interview with the business officer manager, I had one additional interview with additional managers from the store.
