Received a phone call from a local CarMax manager asking a few questions and then he setup a followup interview with the local Business Office Manager. The rest was just through emails.

How do you prioritize work when you have deadlines?
The interview process was pretty simple compared to many companies. After the initial interview with the business officer manager, I had one additional interview with additional managers from the store.

Entrevista
You are first contacted for a phone interview, then if they like you, you will have an in person meeting with another manager. If all goes well you will hear back for the final step, which is orientation.

There are 3 interviews to be completed individually with 3 different supervisors. If you make it passed those three, you are offered the job the same day. They are pretty much basic interview questions relating to customer service.
