WOW.....phone, in person with panel and then a dreaded role play that info was left out of.........It was not pleasant as am into detail and not what ifs. my bad I guess....My advice from young interviewee, have fun...... not be creative and say or do what you feel will make the customer happy. Protocol ?? throw it out the window.....
