The process is a three step process. After applying online, I got a phone call with some basic questions about what I know about the company. Then I was invited to an in person interview at a hotel (store is getting built). They was having mass interviews. The computer system was down, so I did not have to take a computer test as there was 2 rooms with computers. The person interviewing me, didn't know I was there for two different positions. He was frank about the one position about not being a stepping stone to a Buyer position and talked about the position. The questions was all situational based. Unfortunately my phone was on silent (was driving) when they called back and my voice mail box was full.... so when I called back I got a fax machine. So I did not get invited to the 3rd phase.
