Interview was great, just be sure to be friendly, product & company knowledge. Showcase problem solving skills with characteristics in Customer Service and multitasking. Great company to work for, great benefits. Pay was comparable & you are surrounded by tons of support- virtually and on site

Q. Name a time where you exceeded customer expectations after being faced with a hurdle or hesitation
The interview took place online chat meeting between you and one other person. I was asked pretty straightforward questions about work history, and to provide incident examples. Also, why you want to work with Carmax.

It was a very routine interview process. I applied and about 3 days later I was called for a phone interview. Nothing really out of the ordinary. It took about 20-30 minutes.

An efficient linear interview process. Phone interview, virtual interview where they saw how you processed site navigation and customer needs. Follow up from manager with job offer. In person drug test and orientation.
