Long interview process. There were mostly Situational questions. It took up to 3-4 hours. I met with a manager from each department, Sales , Service , and Buying. They asked the same questions just in different ways. Was offered a position at the end of the interview and drug tested on site. Training began two days later and I absolutely loved working with this company. The interview process is long but not hard.
