Question about past experience and customer service. Typical personality and behavioral test. Had three 1:1 interviews. 1st with a buyer, 2nd with senior buyer (who makes final hiring decision) and then gets purchasing manager approval with a last interview (usually just going over job description and pay).

The interview process at Carmax is Long, and a lot of questions to find out what type of person you are, personal questions, and also situation question like scenarios on “how would you handle this at your old job”

It was nice and straight forward and the interview process was fast and they ask alot about your experience they are very understanding and confronting you need to be socal and not nervous
