Referred by an external recruiter, had a test to find bugs on one of their actual websites (!) followed by a 30 minute phone interview with VP of Engineering - Eugene- about some general QA matters, and that's it. They didn't have a courtesy to at least give a feedback in return for my time spent on their website and finding some pretty bad bugs in it, which is, if not rude, is very unprofessional. A total waste of time.
