It started off with a phone interview. Following that was a second application to fill out and a phone call reviewing that application. Then a week later I went into a interview. Before the interview the recruiter (worked for Carahsoft) constantly called and checked up on me asking me my availability to interview multiple times (even though it never changed). The recruiter said the interview would take only about 1.5 hours, but it ended up taking 3.5 hours. getting to the place without a car (via metro) is horrible and took an hour each way. This could be either annoying or good because at least she was involved. After the interview there was radio silence for about a week. I called her for an update, she would call me at a bad time, I'd try and call back...this went on for another week and then they said they were going with another person.
