The first phone call with the recruiter was good; she was friendly and gave a lot of information. This is a remote position, which they didn't tell me in the application at first. The second phone call with the senior recruiter was scheduled, but you have to call the recruiter. Odd. The second recruiter didn't really listen to me; for example, we talked about my availability, and then she asked what my availability was. She then sent me another application to fill out, which includes the voluntary disability/veteran info, and then one that asked more questions. These questions included asking if they could have your Facebook and Twitter usernames, and then if I had received any grants or scholarships from my school. At this point, I decided to withdraw my application because I had a gut feeling that this was too intrusive, and they were asking for too much information that wasn't any of their business.
