Strange process with a lot of red flags along the way. A few days after I applied I got a cold call from a recruiter to schedule a phone interview. During this phone interview, the recruiter missed my first call attempt, and after calling me back seemed irritated. She asked basic get-to-know-you questions, about my skills and knowledge of the industry, and then began discussing the area the office was in. She then asked the schedule a second phone call a week from that day. During the second call the same recruiter asked if I had looked at their website, and proceeded to ask the same questions as the week before, either completely unprepared or not paying attention. After an online application and two phone calls, the recruiter then tells me she would email me an application, which made me feel like I was running in circles with this company. The email didn't come until almost a week later, and after returning my information I never heard from them again, I'm assuming because of my salary desires. Unprofessional and frustrating process, steer clear if you can.

My interview process was similar to other reviews. I was paired with a recruiter who walked me through the process, which was so helpful and I felt so prepared for each step. It started with two calls with the recruiter before getting to talk with the team I would join. Then I had a final interview that presented me with an offer at the end. Very smooth and consistent experience!
