Sent my resume online and a few days later received a call, the interviewer talked for awhile about the company, the different jobs/ teams, ect. She said she wanted to set up another phone interview two days later, so we scheduled a date and time for the next interview. I did not receive a call, I tried calling and emailing, but still no response. Almost a week later I finally heard back from the interviewer, but at that point I lost all interest in the job, the company seemed like a complete mess.
it was good but kind of short and unorganized, there was a preliminary phone call and then a follow up zoom interview that lasted 10 minutes. There was discussion of compensation but I was told it was not negotiable.

For marketing, you interview for the role itself but with various teams who are hiring. The average is two rounds before an offer, or your second interview is an offer if they loved you in the first one. You can end up talking to one team or 4, so anywhere between 4-15 people and 1-3 hours.
First it took about 5 or 6 phone screenings with their recruiter. Met with a few members of the marketing team, then met with the director and then the VP. Asked back for a final time to a presentation on the company and then an offer.
