HR rang and after discussing whether the pay would be negotiable they arranged my 1st and 2nd interviews to run concurrently as interviews were a 5 hour commute from my home address and I only had 2 days notice. E mailed me details with name of person who would be interviewing me which was wrong and didn’t arrange 2nd. Also pay wasn’t negotiable. Total waste of time.

Interview was done in the store in a friendly atmosphere and with engaging interviewer, nterview wasn't too long and took about 45 minutes. I was asked variety of different questions for example what do I know about the company etc

Entrevista
Fairly easy interview. Area Manager was very laid back, clear to the point and no nonsense.
Asked to complete a SWAT by the recruitment team but didn’t even mention it in the interview.
Working hours were 42 hrs p/w, store managers are paid hourly.
Didn’t get the job; probably a lucky escape as it doesn’t seem the greatest place to work...
